How much you can take at one show

Trade shows are included on Pro and Ultimate, and each plan carries a ceiling on what a single show may take.

Counted in your shop's own currency, and shown with your own symbol on this Takings tab, which always says how much of the allowance is left. The phones show the same figure as a bar across the top, so the person on the table sees it too.

Sales count towards it — including off-ledger sales, because they are still money taken. Buying stock in does not: the limit is on what a show takes, not on what you spend.

A sale that would pass the limit is refused before any money moves. The card reader is never started, the card stays in the box and nothing is half-recorded — the phone says how much is left and the sale simply does not happen. A sale already taken is never undone by the limit.

If you reach it, close the show out and plan the next one, or move up a plan. The allowance is per show, not per month, so it starts again with the next one.
