Settings: how the tabs work
Everything about how your shop runs, arranged into five tabs. Each tab has its own article in this panel — open the tab you are on and its help opens with it.

| Cookies | The consent banner and any analytics or ad tags you paste in. |
| Rewards | Loyalty points and what they convert to. Only appears if your plan includes it. |
| Appearance | Your theme, logo, browser icon and account background. |
One Save, across every tab
Save settings at the bottom saves the whole form, not just the tab you are looking at. So you can change your VAT rate on Payment, your opening hours on General, and press Save once. Moving between tabs never loses what you have typed.
Three things save on their own instead. Card payments, your logo and your images are uploads and connections rather than settings — they take effect the moment you use them, and Save settings has nothing to do with them. That is why each has its own button.
Where a change actually shows up
- The storefront, immediately — a theme change, a new logo, your address on the contact page.
- New orders only. A VAT rate or a delivery price applies from the moment you save; orders already placed keep the figures they were sold at, which is what makes an old invoice still add up.
A sensible order on day one
- General — get the country right before you take a single order.
- Payment — currency, VAT, delivery, then connect Stripe.
- Appearance — a logo.
- Cookies — when you connect your own domain, not before.
