Wizard: pay by condition

Help centre · Selling features

The core of a buy policy — one row per condition, from NM down to PO, and what you pay for a card in that state as a percentage of its market price.

The condition ladder: a row per grade with Buy?, Cash % and Credit % columns

The three controls on a row

ColumnWhat it does
Buy?Untick and you simply never buy that condition. A shopper is not offered a price for it at all.
Cash %The percentage of market you hand over in cash.
Credit %The percentage you pay in store credit. Normally higher than cash — credit comes back to you as a sale.

Worked example: a card with a £10 market price, NM at 40% cash / 55% credit, pays £4.00 cash or £5.50 credit.

Empty is not zero

Leave both boxes empty and that condition follows whatever you have set more widely — a set falls back to its game, a game falls back to your default. That is the difference between "I have no opinion here" and "I pay nothing", and it is why you can price one grade for a set and let the other six alone.

Where this sits

This is the general rate for the scope. The two steps after this — rarity and card type — can override it for particular cards, and a price written onto an individual card beats all of it.

Per-language rates are not asked here. They are set on the Buy prices screen under ⚙ Change rates, which is the only door onto them.
