Selling on eBay
Puts stock you already hold onto eBay, and then keeps the quantities in step by itself — sell a card at the till and its eBay listing comes down without anyone touching it. Needs the eBay channel feature.
The listings are on your own seller account, not ours. Buyers pay you, eBay's fees are yours, and your business policies apply. We never see your eBay password.
Before you connect
You need an eBay seller account with business policies — payment, postage and returns — already set up for the site you intend to sell on. Listings are created against those policies, so a missing one is the usual reason a publish fails.
Press Connect eBay and you're sent to eBay to approve it. Four things can come back:

If the panel says Not available yet, the connection isn't switched on for the platform at all — that's ours to fix, not yours.
eBay site
Which eBay you sell on — UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland or the US. The one matching your shop address is marked matches your shop address.
It decides two things: the currency your listings are priced in, and which of your eBay business policies they use. Both are baked into a live listing, which is why it can't be changed while listings are live. End them first, or start a second shop.
What you charge on eBay
eBay takes roughly 13% plus postage, so most shops price above their shelf price.

Ready to list
Everything that is in stock, priced, and not already on eBay. Narrow it by game, by kind (Singles / Sealed / Accessories) and by a one-off price floor, then Filter. Reset clears it.
Above the table you get the honest total — how many are eligible and what they are worth at shelf price — and if that's more than fits, the 25 most valuable are shown. The table lists the card, set, finish, condition, how many you hold, your shop price and the eBay price it would go up at, so you can see the mark-up before you commit.
Every row starts ticked and the header checkbox toggles the lot. List the ticked items on eBay publishes exactly those. Nothing goes up until you press it.
"Nothing matches" means one of two things and the page says so: it is all listed already, or your floor is above everything you hold.
On eBay
What you have up, with a count by state across the top.

End on an active row takes that listing down.
Quantities look after themselves
Once a listing exists you don't maintain it. Sell the card anywhere — the website, the till, the buylist going out — and the eBay quantity follows. Sell your last one and the listing ends.
The platform can hold a number of copies back from eBay — a reserve — so the shop floor is never sold out from under itself. It is set for the whole platform rather than per shop, and is normally zero. If you want copies held back, ask support.
Disconnect
Stops us listing or updating anything on your eBay account. Anything already listed stays on eBay and stops following your stock — which means it can sell after you've sold the last copy elsewhere. If you want them gone, end them on eBay yourself, or press End on each row here before you disconnect.
Good to know
- Sandbox under the account name means you are connected to eBay's test environment. Nothing there reaches a real buyer.
- Only stock with a price and a positive quantity is ever a candidate. A card with no price is invisible to this screen.
- An eBay sale is an eBay sale — it is not written into your orders list. What comes back here is the quantity.
