The eBay sales report
Every card that sold through an eBay listing this shop made, over the dates you choose, with a CSV to download. Needs eBay channel.
What each row shows
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| eBay order / Sold on | The eBay order number and the day it was placed, so you can find the sale in eBay's own records. |
| Card / SKU / Cert | What sold. A graded slab shows its certificate number. |
| You paid / Bought on | What you paid for that copy and the day you bought it. A dash means no cost was ever recorded for it. |
| Bought from | Only shown when you are VAT registered. It is the seller on the card's purchase invoice, at any price. For older stock it comes from where you bought it: the name on the till or show deal, the name on a single show buy, or the customer's name and address on a web buylist. A card added by hand in admin says Entered in admin. |
| eBay item price | What the eBay buyer paid for the item itself, in the currency eBay charged. |
| Ship to / Postage | The buyer's country and the postage they paid, as eBay reported them. |
| VAT | How the VAT report treats the sale: VAT at a rate, a zero-rated export, or the margin scheme (pool or item by item). Where eBay collected the destination's tax itself, the amount is shown; the sale is still a zero-rated export for you. |
| Refunded | Money eBay gave back to the buyer, or Cancelled for a cancelled order. |
What it leaves out, on purpose
These sales are in the VAT report: the price and postage, refunds and cancellations on the days eBay recorded them, and second-hand cards in the margin scheme. eBay's own fees and payouts are not here — eBay's reports are the record of them.
Only cards listed through this shop appear. Anything you listed on eBay directly, outside the shop, is not here.
