Import: what is about to happen
Every row has been checked and nothing has been written yet. This is the last look before anything changes.
The tally
- will be added to your shop — rows we can place, out of the total.
- added as your own products — rows with no catalogue match, if you chose to bring those in. The screen also says how much of your own-products allowance you are using; rows beyond it are left out rather than replacing anything.
- too vague to place — a name that matches several printings and nothing in the row to choose between them.
- unusable — no product name, or nothing we can read.
- left out — when you chose to import only catalogue matches, everything else.
Row by row
The table under it lists every row with What we will do beside it — Found in the shared catalogue, Added as your own product, Another version of the product above, No product name — so you can spot a column mapped wrongly before it costs you anything. Back to columns takes you back to fix it.
Import … rows starts it. It never changes something you already have: an existing product or version is left alone and the row is skipped.
